1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 96pkr platform — whether to browse, register an account, deposit funds, place bets, or play any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. This agreement applies to every use of the platform, including visits from mobile browsers, desktop browsers, and any other device.

3 Account Security

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact 96pkr support immediately. 96pkr will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Never share your password via SMS, WhatsApp, or any other messaging platform.
• Log out of your account on shared devices after each session.

4 Deposits & Payments

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure applied consistently across all accounts.

Before processing a withdrawal, 96pkr may require identity verification to be completed. This is a one-time process for most players. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

96pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless specific bonus terms state otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria will be specified for each promotion.

Sports Betting

Cricket betting — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, and other international cricket events — is available on the platform alongside football and esports markets. Settled odds and results are determined by official match outcomes from recognised governing bodies. In cases of match abandonment, postponement, or disputed outcomes, specific rules apply and are detailed within the betting section.

Casino & Slots

All casino games — including slots, live casino tables, fish games and bingo — use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer formats. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for each slot title. The house edge exists in all casino games and 96pkr does not represent any game as beatable over the long term.

• Bets placed cannot be reversed once confirmed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Accessing the platform in any way that disrupts or damages its infrastructure or other players' experience.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or access control measures.

96pkr cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity. Account funds may be frozen pending investigation where serious concerns arise.

9 Responsible Gaming

96pkr is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is designed exclusively for adult entertainment and is not intended as a source of income. Players are encouraged to set clear budgets in PKR before each session and to stick to those limits regardless of whether they are winning or losing.
